NRB Bank PLC successfully conducted its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM), at which the shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the preceding year, declaration of dividend, appointment of the statutory auditors and corporate governance auditors for the year 2025 and fixation of their remuneration.

The AGM was held in a hybrid format on Thursday, 18 December 2025 at The Westin Dhaka, and the meeting was presided over by the Bank’s Founder & Chairman, Mr. Iqbal Ahmed OBE, DBA.

Sponsors, independent directors, and shareholders participated in the meeting both in person and through online platforms.

Among others, the meeting was attended by Mr. Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, Chairman of the Executive Committee; Mr. A. K. M. Mizanur Rahman, FCA, Chairman of the Audit Committee; Mr. Shaikh Md. Salim, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee; Independent Directors Ms. Ferdous Ara Begum and Mr. Sk.
