Hono’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is handing over ‘Commercially Important Person’ (CIP) award to Mr. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman & Managing Director of Al Haramain Perfumes Group of Companies, UAE and Chairman of NRB Bank Limited for his outstanding contributions to the country’s economy at a function held at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC), Dhaka on 19 December 2019. Mr. Rahman has clinched the title of the Highest Remittance Sender among the remitters through proper channel for the year 2017 in the NRB Category. He achieved the CIP status for consecutive six years. Mr. Imran Ahmad, MP, Hono’ble Minister of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Mr. Anisul Islam Mahmud, MP, Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Committee, Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment were also present on this occasion.
